Hi, I'm a 21yr old female with Crohn's. I have to have a full proctocolectomy in 2 weeks (I've already had an ileostomy for 12 years), I'm worried about complications because of the area, and the risk of damage to nerves, the vagina, uterus etc. I know the risks are rare and my surgeons very experienced, but has anyone had/knows someone whose had a proctecomy and experienced any side effects to these organs or sexual functions?

Applying to a music conservatory was a significant step in my career, requiring a personal statement that reflected my musical journey and artistic philosophy. The support I found at personal statement help online helped me articulate my experiences and the evolution of my musical style, allowing me to present a deeply personal and artistically rich statement to the admissions panel.

On the net you can find really many different services that write custom homework assignments. I am very glad that I found on this https://essay-reviews.com/writepapers-reviews site a review on WritePapers service because this service is very popular and I was interested to know more about it. In the review I found answers to the questions I was interested in. I found out what the prices are and how to get a discount. Very cool review and I recommend you to read it

Proctectomy is a surgical procedure that involves the removal of part or all of the rectum. While the procedure can have significant effects on bowel function and quality of life, it can also impact sexual function in some cases. It's been 1 year since you raised this issue on your forum. How is your health now? Can you share what you experienced after surgery so we can learn more. bubble shooter

I know the risks are not exactly the same, but I have not had any problems related to the surgery that you mentioned. I do have one muscle in the rectal area that cramps occationally when over stretched that never cramped pre surgery, but nothing that interferes with daily life. Good luck!
